What do the Teachers Think & Do

Examples
Today I was working with a small group of students in the ICT lab when the grade 2 class came in. I was delighted to see that she handed the instruction over to the LEEP students. They showed their grade how to access the program they were going to use and how to get started. The Teacher didn't need the students to help but choose to let the students lead the way. When I commented on what she was doing she explained further how helpful the LEEP students are in her grade with helping their peers.

A grade 4 teacher has her LEEP students show their work and looks to the examples that they set. She asks them what they are doing in LEEP partly to show her genuine interest in their progress but also to give the opportunity to show case their work. It is a form of PD for her and her class.
